4th, 5th, 6th July - to wash off all the green algae and inspect the work, set up the boat with all our kit and upgrade the chart plotter.
7th July - money should transfer to seller and the boat should be ours.
8th July - relaunch back into the water and back into her berth in Burnham Marina.
10th,11th July - finish preparations in readiness for the journey from Burnham Marina.
12th July - Ty Mor will leave Burnham on Crouch - yikes!! - straight out into the scary Thames Estuary with its shfting sand bars, tidal streams, large shipping and wind farms.
12th July - hopefully arrive in Ramsgate marina, where we will stay the night.
13th July - 2 shipmates will then jump ship and train it back to the cars in Burnham. Ty Mor with 3 remaining crew will then (wind, weather and tide permitting) hot foot it round the Portsmouth. Long stint - should take about 24 hours.
after that we are not planning, but may call in at Poole, Weymouth, Plymouth,
Here's a possible plan (details generated by sea-distances.org)

Let us know when you're in the Portsmouth / Southampton area - if there's anything you need, or if you want a bed for the night that doesn't rock... Or if Mark wants to come and have a play on the tuba! We can come and get you or drop stuff off :)
